本サービスに投稿または掲載されるすべてのコンテンツは、本ガイドラインに従うものとします。

第1条（適用）

本ガイドラインは、本サービスにおいて公開・販売・配信されるすべてのコンテンツに適用されます。
These Guidelines apply to all content published, sold, or distributed through this service.
第2条（投稿者の責任）
Article 2 (Responsibilities of Contributors)
投稿者は、投稿するコンテンツについて以下を保証するものとします。
Contributors shall guarantee the following regarding the content they submit.
1. コンテンツに出演するすべての人物が18歳以上であること
1. All persons appearing in the content are at least 18 years of age.
2. 出演者の明確な同意を取得していること
2. Clear and explicit consent has been obtained from all performers.
3. 第三者の著作権・肖像権を侵害していないこと
3. The content does not infringe any third party copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights.
第3条（禁止コンテンツ）
Article 3 (Prohibited Content)
以下のコンテンツの投稿を禁止します。
The posting of the following content is strictly prohibited.
1. 未成年が関与するコンテンツ
1. Content involving minors or persons reasonably suspected to be minors.
2. 強制・脅迫・暴力を伴う性行為
2. Sexual acts involving coercion, threats, violence, or non-consensual behavior.
3. 児童ポルノに該当するもの
3. Any content constituting child sexual abuse material or child pornography.
4. 違法薬物の使用を伴う行為
4. Content involving the use of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
5. 動物との性行為
5. Sexual acts involving animals.
6. 無断撮影
6. Unauthorized or secretly recorded content.
7. リベンジポルノ
7. Revenge pornography or the distribution of intimate content without consent.
8. 個人情報の公開
8. Disclosure of personal information or privacy-invasive content.
第4条（削除）
Article 4 (Removal of Content)
当社は以下の場合、コンテンツを削除できるものとします。
The Company may remove content in the following cases.
1. 本ガイドライン違反
1. Violation of these Guidelines.
2. 法令違反の可能性
2. Suspected violation of laws or regulations.
3. 出演者から削除申請があった場合
3. When a performer or rights holder requests removal.
第5条（アカウント停止）
Article 5 (Account Suspension)
重大な違反が確認された場合、当社はアカウントを停止できるものとします。
If a serious violation is confirmed, the Company may suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account without prior notice.
